My Story

| The Beginning

For many years, I worked in the fashion industry — opening boutiques, creating brands and stylish clothing, designing original looks. I was always surrounded by photographers, models, wonderful people, beautiful light, and an uplifting atmosphere. After all, beauty makes the world a kinder and happier place.

📷 One day, by pure chance, I picked up a camera, looked through the viewfinder, adjusted the lens slightly, and pressed the shutter button… That was how my very first photograph was born. It surprised everyone around me, and to this day, that little first masterpiece is still kept in our family album.

Since then, I have never put my camera down. Whenever I see something worthy of being captured, I instinctively look at it through my lens and press the shutter once again.

📆 Every day, I learn and refine my skills — in technique, exposure, artistic vision, style, and even in the subtlety of pressing the shutter button. This process is endless, as there is no limit to perfection.

| Creativity

Over more than ten years in photography, I have explored various styles and genres. Naturally, I was drawn to what is now called Lifestyle Photography — one of the most complex and nuanced styles in photography.

❤️ This approach can be applied to almost any type of photography. It demands a photographer’s ability to perceive emotions and feelings in the moment, to capture moods, subtle movements, and fleeting expressions. This applies not only to people but also to objects and processes, as the way they are portrayed in a photograph evokes emotions too. And that is the essence of every photoshoot — perhaps with the exception of purely medical imagery 😁

I would rather share my artistic vision, creative energy, and professional expertise with you. In every photoshoot — whether it’s a quick, spontaneous session or an extensive photography project — I take another step forward in art, creativity, and technique.

| Personal Life

I find inspiration in the breathtaking places of our planet and its untamed elements.

⛵️ For many years, my family and I have lived and travelled aboard our sailing yacht. Our life flows in harmony with the tides and currents, the sunrises and sunsets, the winds and waves.

I have visited over 30 countries, yet I do not aim to travel everywhere. Instead of simply passing through or staying in a hotel for a few days, we choose to move to a new country and live there for as long as the climate, laws, and our desires allow.

📍 Lately, we have been living in Portugal—a beautiful, sunny, ocean-bound, and unique country. We are learning the language, exploring its traditions, raising our son, traveling along the Bay of Cádiz, discovering new corners of Portugal and Spain, and occasionally venturing into Morocco or deeper into Iberia.

| At the Moment

😎 My husband — a talented architect, engineer, and professional yachtsman, as well as my greatest inspiration — ensures that we never stay in one place for too long. After spending several years in the Netherlands and traveling along the Atlantic coast of Europe, we lived for two years in Greater Porto, in Póvoa de Varzim and Vila do Conde. We were near the academic hubs of Braga and Coimbra and the breathtaking, untouched landscapes of Peneda-Gerês National Park, a place I always return to with my camera whenever I have the chance.

🍊 Now, we are in the Algarve, in the south of Portugal, and we plan to stay here for a few years. This place is truly unique, with a climate we love, welcoming people, stunning nature, and the ever-magnificent Ocean. It’s the perfect setting for creativity, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
