Booking a photoshoot can be done via email, phone, or messages on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
After agreeing on the details of the photoshoot, including the location, date, and time, a payment of €100 must be made to confirm the booking. Payment should be made using the agreed payment details.
By booking a photoshoot, the Client confirms their acceptance of these terms and acknowledges their understanding of the photographer’s artistic approach and photographic style, raising no objections in this regard.
If the photoshoot is cancelled by the photographer, the Client, or due to circumstances preventing the photoshoot from taking place, an alternative date will be offered.
In the event of cancellation by the Client, any non-refundable expenses, such as travel or accommodation costs (including non-refundable tickets or bookings), will not be reimbursed.

Photographs are provided to the Client in digital format via a private online gallery hosted on a professional cloud storage platform. Access to the gallery is granted through a personal link.
The photographer, as the author of the photographs, reserves the right to use the materials from the photoshoot (photographs, videos, etc.) on any informational platforms, including websites and social media, as part of their artistic work and professional portfolio.
If you do not wish for your photographs to be published or used on the photographer’s website, social media, or other informational resources, you must inform the photographer before booking the photoshoot. In such cases, the cost of a private photoshoot will be determined individually. Failure to notify the photographer in advance will be taken as your consent to the publication and use of your photographs.

Photographer Oksana Lomnova collects the Client’s personal data during the booking of a photoshoot, specifically the name, surname, email address, and phone number. This information is collected solely for the purpose of providing services and facilitating communication between the photographer and the Client and is not shared with third parties.
The protection of this personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

The copyright for all photographs belongs to the photographer as the author of the work.
The Client is granted the right to use the delivered photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Photographs may not be used by the Client for commercial purposes, advertising, or resale to third parties without the written consent of the photographer.
Copyright is regulated by EU Council Directives 2001/29 and 2019/790, as well as the national legislation of Portugal.
